What happens next?

If you would like to find out further information and arrange an appointment you can contact me via phone or email on the details below, if I am unable to answer please do leave a message with your contact number and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

The first session of counselling will give us the opportunity to explore what you would like to gain from therapy, ask any further questions and for us to decide if we feel the therapeutic approach I offer may be suitable for you.

I offer both short term and long term therapy depending on your individual needs and preference. I incorporate regular reviews within the sessions; this enables us to discuss how the therapy is going and to look at the option of extending to further sessions or if we feel it would be more appropriate to look at the option of a referral to another professional.

Sessions are available Monday to Friday during the day and evening appointments are also available, the session last for 1 hour however this may be adjusted for a young person if it is felt that a slightly shorter session would be more appropriate.
